Welcome to my First Blog and La Herradura!
Welcome to my very first Blog on Costa Tropical Villas!
And welcome of course to the beautiful village of La Herradura on the Costa Tropical. If you’ve never heard of the Costa Tropical, it is situated about one hour east of Malaga.
La Herradura and the Costa Tropical have beautiful coast lines, pretty bays and white washed villages. You will find we are much more Spanish here than say, Marbella and there is a very laid back feel about this area. Everything is mañana!
La Herradura means horseshoe and this describes the pretty bay with it´s horseshoe shape.
It´s February and so La Herradura is much quieter than the busy summer seasons of July and August. However the weather is amazing at the moment with temperatures reaching mid 70´s during the day and plenty of sunshine. If you´re looking for some winter sun, then definitely come here!
La Herradura also has the most amazing sunsets at this time of year and every evening you will see crowds of keen photographers trying to compete to take the best photo!
