This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment en El Balcon urbanisation. It has been tastefully renovated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. El Balcon is a quiet residential area consisting of 2 blocks of apartments each with their own swimming pool. Sangria Blanca is situated in the lower apartment block and has views of the local residential area.
