Description
This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces.
The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement.
Steps lead down to the large swimming pool (8 x 4 metres), steam room and outside kitchen and seating area together. The swimming pool has a solar cover which provides some heat dependent on the weather. There is also the availability of having the pool heated by an electric heat pump at an extra cost.
Off the swimming pool terrace there is a further one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for grandparents, nanny or teenagers!
The main house and apartment have air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also underfloor heating in the living rooms of the villa and the apartment.
There is also free high speed wifi and wifi Apple interactive TV.
The house is 1.6 kms from the beach in Almunecar where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

We had a lovely stay in this Villa (June 2023) 4 adults and a toddler. The photos were exactly as we expected. Beautiful location set up on the hillside with wonderful views for miles in both directions. Peaceful area to relax. You need to drive to asee more
We had a lovely stay in this Villa (June 2023) 4 adults and a toddler. The photos were exactly as we expected. Beautiful location set up on the hillside with wonderful views for miles in both directions. Peaceful area to relax. You need to drive to any near by areas as nothing is in walking distance but that was fine for us. Good location to explore further afield. The addition of the extra sleeping area by the pool was perfect for additional family members who didn’t want an early waking from a noisy toddler. Pool was lovely and clean. Rachel was on hand and very responsive when we needed something sorting. The additional kids buckets/spades/bats & balls & inflatables were welcomed too, as you can only pack so much. A lovely welcome hamper of essentials were also there for us on arrival. Thank you Rachel 😊
