The whole house and pool area has been recently renovated, including new appliances in the kitchen, and air conditioning units in the bedrooms.The house is a short walk to the beach as well as the many bars, restaurants, and amenities of La Herradura. The house boasts 4 lovely bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor together with a bathroom on each floor.The ground floor also has a lovely fully fitted kitchen leading out to a small courtyard perfect for dining and then steps up to the private walled swimming pool and surrounding terrace.Up the stairs from the kitchen you will find a very large living/dining room with folding glass doors that can be opened to enjoy the views across La Herradura.The house also has a very large top terrace ideal for catching the rays of the warm sun or lying around reading a good book!The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and fast wifi, together with a Smart Tv with Netflix, Google and other apps.
